吸烟对心血管疾病影响的流行病学调查研究

The Epidemiology Study About Effect of Smoking on Cardiovascular Disease

目的了解我市居民吸烟现状,分析吸烟与心血管疾病之间的关系,为以后制定烟草控制方案提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法,抽取21563名居民进行问卷调查,并对调查结果使用SPSS11.0软件进行卡方分析。调查内容包括个人信息、慢性病患病情况、吸烟和被动吸烟情况。结果扬州市35岁以上成年人吸烟率为29.78%,其中成年男性吸烟率为58.36%,成年女性吸烟率为5.47%,不吸烟人群高血压等心血管疾病患病率低于吸烟人群,尤其是女性更为明显。结论相关部门应高度重视控烟工作,扬州市控烟工作任重而道远。

OBJECTIVE In order to understand the smoking status of residents in the city and its relationship with cardiovascular disease, provide a scientific basis for the tobacco control. METHODS with cluster sampling , 21 563 adult residents were interviewed with a set of standardized questionnaire, Including personal information, chronic disease and smoking, passive smoking . The results were analysis by chi-square using SPSSll.0. RESULTS Smoking rate of adults who was over 35 yeares old in Yangzhou City was 29.78%. Adult male smoking rate of was 58.36%,and Adult female smoking rate was 5.47%. The prevalence of cardiovascular disease in Non-smoking population was lower than in smoking population, especially for women. CONCLUSION The Related departments should pay high attention to the work about smoking control ,and it is a long way to go tobacco control in Yangzhou.
