湿法磷酸与氯化钾脱氯反应生产低氯磷钾肥试验研究

摘要 对湿法磷酸和氯化钾直接混合加热脱氯进行了正交试验研究,设定了2组不同范围的因素水平,所得结果表明:氯的脱除率随温度、磷钾物质的量比和反应时间的增加而增加。在设定的因素水平下,第1组最高氯脱除率的条件为反应温度260℃,磷钾物质的量比1.0∶1.0,反应时间1.5 h;第2组最高氯脱除率的条件为反应温度440℃,磷钾物质的量比1.0∶1.0,反应时间3.0 h。 An orthogonal experimental study is carried out dechlorination by heating of a directly mixed wet-process phosphoric acid and potassium chloride, two groups are set up of factor levels of different ranges, and the results obtained show that the removal of chlorine increases with an increase in temperature, mole proportioning of phosphorus and potassium and reaction time. At the set factor level, the conditions for the highest chlorine removal in the first group are reaction temperature 260 ℃, mole proportioning of phosphorus and potassium 1.0: 1.0, and reaction time 1.5 h. The conditions for the highest chlorine removal in the second group are reaction temperature 440 ℃, mole proportioning of phosphorus and potassium 1.0:1.0, and reaction time 3.0 h.
