氯氮平引起脑电图异常及癫疒间发作回顾研究

A retrospective study of clozapine induced electroencephalographic (EEG) abnormality and seizure in psychiatric patients

目的:调查氯氮平引起脑电图异常率和癫疒间发生率,及相关影响因素。方法:共调查331例服氯氮平后且在电休克治疗1个月外有脑电图的病历。结果:脑电图的异常率是30.21%(100/331),癫疒间发生率为0.91%(3/331)。在≤450mg/d剂量范围内,脑电图异常率以及异常程度随剂量增加而增加,差异具有统计学意义。服氯氮平后半月内以及2年以上的脑电图异常率比其他时间低。结论:服用氯氮平治疗患者的脑电图异常率高达30.21%,癫疒间发生率为0.91%。在一定剂量范围内脑电图异常率及异常程度随氯氮平剂量增加而增加。脑电图异常率差异随服用氯氮平时间不同而不同。

Objective： The aim of this paper was to investigate the incidence and influence of the clozapine-induced electroencephalographic （EEG） abnormality and seizure. Method：331 Patients were enrolled in the study whose EEGs were examined after one month＇s ECT. Results：The incidence of EEG abnormalities and seizure was 30.21% （100/331）,0.91%（3/331） respectively.It was showed that higher daily dose of clozapine was,the greater risk of abnormal EEG and more severity may be within the doseage of 450 mg/d.The incidence of EEG abnormalities and severity of abnormal EEG are different significantly among different groups of clozapine duration.The incidence of EEG abnormalities was lower within 2 weeks and more than 2 years. Conclusion：The higher daily dose of clozapine was,the greater risk of abnormal EEG and seizure may be,and the more severity of abnormal EEG may be.The incidence was significantly related with duration clozapine.
