摘要
选取了现有标准中与汉麻混纺没有明确定量分析标准方法的5种纤维,包括粘纤、羊毛、腈纶、氨纶、锦纶。利用汉麻纤维与以上纤维溶解性的差异,分别采用60%硫酸法、次氯酸钠法、温二甲基甲酰胺法、热二甲基甲酰胺法、80%甲酸法溶解测定,得出了汉麻含量的修正系数,并测试了各方法的准确度及精密度,结果表明,本课题研究的方法具有准确度高、易操作的特点,可为汉麻混纺产品的定量分析提供指导。
In this paper, five kinds of fibers of rayon, wool, acrylic, elastane and polyamide are selected and by use of the difference of their fther solution performances as well as by using methods of 60% sulfuric acid, hypochlolrite, warm dimethylacetamide, hot dimethylacetamide and 80% formic acid to determine the correction co-efficient of hemp with accuracy and precision of each method calculated. The result shows that methods used in this paper are exact in accuracy and easy to operate, which would be helpful to quantitative identification of hemp products.
