纺织品耐汗渍色牢度测试标准比较

Comparison of different standards for anti perspiration color fastness of textiles

比较了当前国内外所使用的纺织品耐汗渍色牢度标准GB/T 3922—1995、ISO 105-E04∶2008以及AATCC 15-2009之间的差异,主要从汗液配制方式、pH值、浴比、织物放置方式、烘箱温度、恒温时间、贴衬织物的选择等技术参数方面作了全面分析与探讨,总结出我国目前所使用的耐汗渍色牢度标准GB/T 3922—1995的不足,指出我国要顺应要求制定新的纺织品耐汗渍色牢度测试标准。

In this article is done the comparison of the differences of the standards of GB/T 3922m1995, ISO 105 -g04：2008 and AATCC 15 - 2009 for ＂anti pempiration color fastness of textiles＂. The technical parameters, such as perspiration preparation, pH value, bath ratio, the way of textiles hying, oven temperature, constant temperature duration, adjacent fabrics are comprehensively analyzed and discussed. It is concluded that the standard GB/T 3922--1995 for anti perspiration color fastness of textiles now used in our country has some defects and to work out new standard is suggested.
