摘要
研究了不同热喷喷涂方法制备的不同材料粘结层,在不同温度(1 000℃,1 150℃和1 180℃)下对热障涂层(TBC)热震性能的影响。结果表明,在1 000℃和1 150℃条件下,冷喷涂(CS)和空气助燃超音速火焰喷涂(HVAF)制备粘结层的TBC涂层热震寿命较高。1 180℃条件下,低压等离子喷涂(LPPS)制备粘结层的TBC涂层热震寿命最高,氧气助燃超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)制备粘结层的TBC涂层热震寿命次之。涂层开裂失效模式均以TGO附近区域的陶瓷层开裂和TGO开裂为主。
This article studies the influence of different binding coatings made by various thermal spraying methods on the thermal cycling life of thermal barrier cnatings(TBC) at several temperature conditions( 1 000 C, 1 150 C and 1 180 C). The results show that at 1 000 C and 1 150 C conditions, for binding coatings prepared by cold spraying (CS) and air combustion supersonic flame spraying (HVAF) the TBC has hmger thermal cycling life, At 1 180 ~C condition, for binding coatings prepared by low vohage plasma spraying (LPPS) TBC has longest thermal cycling life, and for the binding coatings prepared by the oxy - fuel combustion supersonic flame spraying (HVOF) TBC has the shorter thermal cycling life. The coatings' failure occurs in a zone nearby TGO cracking in ceramics and the TGO cracking craze.
