层合板二次固化补强压缩性能试验研究

摘要 完成了铺层方式为(90/0/-45/0/45/0/90/0/45/0/-45)的口框二次固化补强形式的T700/5429层合板静力学压2S缩试验,其中补强部分的铺层方式与原有结构相同,为防止结构过早出现屈曲,设计了专用的试验夹具。试验结果表明在靠近刀口附近区域,结构的变形受到Z向支撑的干扰。而开胶是此补强方式结构失效的重要诱因。 The static compression test of the secondary cocured reinforcement of laminates (T700/5429) was completed,the ply sequences of the reinforcement and the original structure is the same as (90/0/-45/0/45/0/90/0/45/0/- 45)2s.The special testing fixture was designed to prevent the premature instability and buckling occurred.The test results indicated that the deformation of the regions which comes to the knife edge was disturbed by the Z-direction support.The banding adhesive dehiscence is the primary remote cause of the structure failure.
