紫外光固化敷形涂布胶的制备与性能

摘要 用环氧丙烯酸树脂30-50份(质量,下同),丙烯酸酯类单体40~65份,光引发剂2~5份,偶联剂及助剂0.1~3份,研制出可紫外光固化的敷形涂布胶,并测试了性能。结果表明,该胶具有较好的附着力,优异的耐湿热性和较快的表干速度,可满足印刷线路板的涂敷要求。 The UV curable conformal coating for printed circuit boards (PCB) was preparated from 30-51) parts (wt) of epoxy acrylate resins,40-65 parts (wt) of acrylate monomers,and 0.1-3 parts ofsilane coupling agent and other assistants,and its properties were tested.The results indicated that the conformal coating has good adhesion,excellent resistance to heat and humidity and faster surface curing speed,and can meet the requirements ofconformal coating for the printed circuit boars.
