Research Progress of Thermal Conductive Fillers for Polymer Composites

介绍了填充型高导热高分子复合材料中填料的研究现状,重点介绍了填料的种类、外形、粒径和表面处理等因素对复合材料导热性能的影响,展望了导热高分子复合材料中填料的研究趋势。

The research of fillers used in high thermal conductivity polymer composites were introduced in present paper. Furthermore, the influences of type, shape, particle size, and surface treatment of the fillers on the thermal conductivity of composite materials were discussed. Finally, the further research directions of thermal conductive fillers for polymer composites were presented.
