我国跨越“中等收入陷阱”的基本路径

随着中国经济社会的发展,"中等收入陷阱"问题不可回避地成为各界关注的热点。中国经济要规避"中等收入陷阱",题中应有之义就是要尽快培育一个强大的中等收入阶层。而扩大中等收入阶层,经济是基础、政策是保障、教育是支撑。因此,通过加快发展经济、加大政策扶持、大力发展教育,尽快培育一个庞大、稳定、务实的中等收入阶层是避免我国陷入"中等收入陷阱"的有效路径。

With the development of the Chinese economy and society,the middle income trap inevitably becomes the concern of various fields.To overcome it,it is necessary to establish a powerful middle income class,which is based on economy,guaranteed by policy and supported by education.Therefore,by quickening the economic development,strengthening policy support and education,it is an effective approach to avoiding the middle income trap in our country to foster a powerful,stable and practical middle income class.
