通过对职业指导人员职业素养概念性分析,试图运用马斯洛需求层次理论,将市场中不同职业指导服务对象划分为不同职业需求类型,按照不同职业类型服务对象的职业诉求,对职业指导人员职业素养问题进行了探讨,以寻求构建科学合理的职业指导人员职业素养。

Through analysis of the concept of vocational quality of vocational guides,this paper explores the vocational guides' quality by referring to Maslow's hierarchy of needs so as to establish the scientific and reasonable vocational guides' quality.It classifies different vocational guides into different types according to different needs and makes research into the vocational appeal of the different vocational service objects.
