Research into the application of effective communication in the management of advanced-degree talents

有效沟通作为高学历人才管理的难点,持续困扰着团队管理者,从有效沟通的内涵和有效沟通的影响因素分析,结合高学历人才管理中存在的可依赖性沟通环境欠缺、沟通目标难以凝聚、沟通内容不全面、沟通长效机制不健全、沟通渠道单一等问题,结合人才管理实际,提出了创设有效沟通的7个C、管理即主导和管理即服务、装扮管理者的忠诚角色、加强组织文化建设、有效沟通贯穿性渗透性和持续性等有效沟通在高学历人才管理中的应用策略。

The effective communication is difficult for the management of advanced-degree talents,which puzzles the group managers.This paper analyses the connotation of effective communication and the influencing factors of effective communication,that is,lack of reliable communication environment,difficulty in concentrating on communication goal,incomplete communication content,imperfect communication mechanism and singleness of communication approach,and based on the reality,puts forward the application strategies for effective communication,that is,management means domination and service,pretending to be loyal to the managers,strengthening the building of organization culture and continuously penetrating effective communication.
