为详细研究适应地方需要的高职旅游管理专业创新人才,通过查阅相关的研究文献,分析了当前关于旅游专业创新人才培养目标、人才培养模式、课程建设体系、实践教学体系、教学方法改革等内容,指出了有待于继续研究的高职旅游管理专业创新能力培养的方向与方式问题,为指导高职院校旅游管理专业创新人才培养提供一定的理论借鉴。

In order to study the vocational tourism management creative professionals satisfying the local needs,this paper,by reading the relevant research literature,analysed the training objective of travel creative professionals,personnel training mode,course construction system,practical teaching system,reform of teaching methods,etc.and pointed out the direction and method of research into the vocational tourism management professionals training to provide guidance for vocational colleges tourism management profession.
