摘要
为了降低设备成本并保证数据存储的稳定性,选取并正确使用合适的存储器十分重要。分析了串行E2PROM在设备中使用的方法以及注意事项,并结合实际设计要求,着重从软件方面提出了使用此存储器的措施和方案。通过实践验证其电路结构简单明了,成本较低,稳定性非常好,非常适合机电设备存储大量数据。
In order to reduce the cost of the device and keep data storage stability, selection and proper use of the appropriate memory are very important. This paper analyzes the serial E2pROM used in the equipment about the method and matters needing attention.And combined with the actual requirement of the design, measures and schemes of using the memory are presented mainly from the aspect of software. The last practice verifies that the eircuit structure is simple, clear and low cost, and the stability is very good. It's very suitable for mechanical and eleetrieal equipment for mass data storage.
