基于GIS平台的海洋石油环境数据库建立与应用

Ocean environmental database construction and application on GIS platform

针对海洋石油GIS平台环境专业应用,研究了海洋石油环境目标数据库建立的技术与方法。着重阐述了环境专业项目应用的目标,研究了环境空间对象动态植入、空间数据库结构、录入模板设计等关键技术,并提出了环境目标数据库的建立步骤。最后通过项目实践验证了环境目标在中海油GIS平台中的应用效果及意义。

For offshore oil GIS platform in environment professional application, this paper studies the offshore petroleum envi- ronmental target database technology and method. Foeusing on the environmental professional project application goal, key technolo- gies are researched, such as the environment space object dynamic implant, space database structure and input template design, and the environmental target database construction steps are put forward. At last, through the project praetiee verify the environmen- tal objeetives in CNOOC GIS platform with application effect and significance.
