摘要
舰艇在受到非接触爆炸冲击时,会对艇员生命安全构成严重威胁。通过对某款抗冲椅进行多方向多强度的冲击试验,定量检验抗冲椅的缓冲性能,并建立抗冲椅的有限元模型,采用耦合计算的方法,进行冲击响应的模拟,提出优化设计建议。
Non-contact explosion can seriously threaten the crew' s safety on ships. In this paper, impact tests in different directions and levels were conducted for an anti-impact ship chair, and its cushioning property was inspected quantitatively. A finite element model for this chair was established, and its impact response was simulated using coupling calculation. Some suggestions to improve the mechanical design of the chair were proposed.
