主要采用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法等，对当前上海市自然性生态休闲资源和社会性生态休闲资源的概况进行了调研和分析，并结合国外城市生态休闲绿道建设的开展情况，从规划方案、宣传力度、建设模型等方面提出上海市生态休闲绿道的建设构想.

By the ways of literature study, investigation and interview, the article analyzes Shanghai natural ecological leisure resources and social ecological leisure resources. Based on the construction of urban ecological leisure green paths in foreign cities, the article sets forth the construction ideas for Shanghai ecological leisure green path from the aspects of program, promotion and construction models.
