贵州道地药材黔党参中多糖的含量测定分析

Determination and Analysis of Polysaccharide in Codonopsis tubulosae as Genuine Medicinal Herb in Guizhou

本文采用苯酚-硫酸比色法,以无水葡萄糖为对照品,于490nm处测定其吸光度,测定黔党参药材中多糖的含量,结果表明在1.975～13.82μg·ml-1范围内吸光度值与葡萄糖溶液浓度的线性关系良好(r=0.9998),其平均回收率为100.00%,RSD为1.7%。该方法简便快速、准确可行,为贵州道地药材黔党参的质量控制提供了实验依据。

Phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry determination was used for polysaccharide in Codonopsis tubulosae of Guizhou. The anhydrous glucose was used as the control sample and the absorption wavelength was determined at 490nm. The results showed that the polysaccharide had a good linear relationship with the absorbance value from 1. 975 to 13.82 μ g . ml-1 （r = 0. 9998） and the average recovery was 100.60 % , the RSD was 1.7 %. This method was accurate and feasible, which provided experimental proof for effective quality control of Codonopsis tu- bulosae as the genuine medicinal herb in Guizhou.
