摘要
为探索外生菌根菌浸染对核桃根系的影响,找出最佳浸染技术方案,采用浸染温度、湿度等方面的调控对比实验研究了美味牛肝菌、紫色马勃、鸡油菌等外生菌根菌对核桃浸染的根际菌根形成及菌根感染强度的影响。研究结果表明,美味牛肝菌接种组苗木的菌根感染强度(M%)为47.34%,紫色马勃接种组苗木的菌根感染强度(M%)为48.54%,鸡油菌接种组苗木的菌根感染强度(M%)为48.73%;当温度为24℃,相对湿度为70%时,菌根感染强度最大为48.6%。
In order to explore the effects on the roots of Juglans regia L. by infection of ectomycorrhizal fungi and find the best disseminated technical solutions, the contrast experiments were used to research on rhizosphere of my- corrhizal formation and mycorrhizal infection intensity of Juglans regia L. by infection of Boletus edulis, Calvatia ui- acina and Cantharelles cibarius Ft. , with the temperature and humidity. The results showed that the mycorrhizal in- fection intensity was 47.34 % in the group of Boletus edulis, 48.54 % in the group of Calvatia uiacina, and 48.73 % in the group of Cantharelles cibarius Fr. When the temperature was 24 ℃ and relative humidity was 70 %, the mycorrhizal infection intensity could be up to the maximum of 48.6 %.
