西部农村中小学教师专业能力现状调查及对策思考

摘要 近年来,中小学教师的专业发展在我国受到了广泛关注。专业能力作为教师专业发展的核心要素,在很大程度上体现教师的专业发展水平,需要给予充分重视和深入研究。西部大开发和城乡教育统筹的大力实施和深入推进,给西部农村中小学教师的专业发展提供了良好契机。文章对西部农村中小学教师专业能力的发展状况进行问卷调查,揭示西部农村教师专业发展的基本现状及主要问题,提出以下对策:加强教育理论学习,积极促成理论知识向施教能力转化;重视教育科研工作,努力提升教育科研能力;加强继续教育培训,切实提高教育技术能力。 In recent years,the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers have received wide attention in our ootm- try.Professional competence as the core elements of the professional development of teachers,largely reflects the level of teachers' professional development, and need to be given adequate attention and in - depth study. The further development of westem region and the vigorously im- plement of urban- rural education coordination provide a good opportunity to promote the professional development of the western rural primary and secondary teachers. Based on the current situation and questionnaire, this article puts forward countermeasures as follows: to strengthen the study of education theory;to pay much attention to the education and research work;to strengthen the continuing education training.
