西部农村中小学教师专业能力现状调查及对策思考

Investigation and Countermeasures of the Professional Competence of Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools in Western Rural Area

近年来,中小学教师的专业发展在我国受到了广泛关注。专业能力作为教师专业发展的核心要素,在很大程度上体现教师的专业发展水平,需要给予充分重视和深入研究。西部大开发和城乡教育统筹的大力实施和深入推进,给西部农村中小学教师的专业发展提供了良好契机。文章对西部农村中小学教师专业能力的发展状况进行问卷调查,揭示西部农村教师专业发展的基本现状及主要问题,提出以下对策:加强教育理论学习,积极促成理论知识向施教能力转化;重视教育科研工作,努力提升教育科研能力;加强继续教育培训,切实提高教育技术能力。

In recent years,the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers have received wide attention in our ootm- try.Professional competence as the core elements of the professional development of teachers,largely reflects the level of teachers＇ professional development, and need to be given adequate attention and in - depth study. The further development of westem region and the vigorously im- plement of urban- rural education coordination provide a good opportunity to promote the professional development of the western rural primary and secondary teachers. Based on the current situation and questionnaire, this article puts forward countermeasures as follows： to strengthen the study of education theory;to pay much attention to the education and research work;to strengthen the continuing education training.
