基于就业能力提高的经管专业实践教学环节的完善

Perfecting Link of Teaching Practice in Economic Management Major Based on Improving the Capability of Employment

实践教学是经管专业本科教学的重要组成部分,对于培养学生的实践能力和创新能力,提高经管专业学生的就业能力具有极其重要的作用。由于目前经管专业实践教学存在许多与市场经济对经管专业人才需求不相吻合的问题,为了提高经管专业学生就业能力,必须强化实践教学在经管专业培养中的地位,不断完善实践教学的方式方法,亦即增加新的实践环节和实验学时数,加强必要的实践教学手段的建设,不断探索实践教学的新方法,寻求校企合作,共建实习基地,充分利用第二课堂支持、促进第一课堂的实践教学。

Practice is an important part of the economic management of undergraduate teaching,and has an extremely important role for the cultivation of students＇ practical ability and innovation ability to enhance the employability of the economic management majors. However, prac- tice teaching of economy and management specialty is not in consistency with the demand for economic management professionals. In order to improve the employability, the position of practical teaching must be strengthened in the professional development of economic management, the methods of practical teaching should be improved constantly. That is, we should add new practical link and increase experimental class hours, strengthen the construction of necessary measures of practical teaching and keep exploring new methods. What＇ s more,we can seek school - en- terprise cooperation,so as to build practical base and support first class practical teaching by taking full advantage of second class.
