Construct Ecological Moral Education in Vocational Colleges in Minority Areas

长期以来,民族地区高职院校德育工作投入大、耗时久,却常处于低效状态。当下,要增强德育实效,就要树立德育生态化的先进理念,开展德育生态化建设。要树立以人为本的德育观,凸显学生的主体地位,引导学生在求真、向善的道德实践中构建道德价值体系,培养学生健全完整的人格,从而提高德育实效,为学生立足社会奠定良好的道德和能力基础。

For a long time,the moral education seems inetleient although it consumed a lot of effort and time in vocational colleges in mi- nority areas. Currently,in order to enhance the effectiveness of moral education, we must establish the advanced concept of ecological moral ed- ucation to carry out ecological moral Education comtruefion. We should set up the humanist moral education view, highlight the subject status of students,guide the student constructing the moral value system in the pursuit of truth and goodness of the moral practice,cultivate students＇ sound personality, so as to improve the actual effect of moral education, and lay a good moral and ability foundation for students entering the so- eiety.
