我国事业单位分类改革相关问题浅析

A Tentative Analysis for Concerning Matters of the Classified Reform of China Public Service Unit

我国事业单位改革进行了二十多年,深层次的问题仍未解决好,事业单位改革还需深入推进。鉴于我国事业单位的特点,分类改革是必然选择。以职能为标准将事业单位分为三类,每一类都有自己的改革方向,概括而言,我国事业单位的分类改革就是"甩掉两头,留下中坚"。

The reform of Public Service Unit has lasted more than 20 years,however,deep problems have not been solved.So further reform is needed.In view of the characteristics of Public Service Unit,we must take classified reform.Based on the functions,Public Service Unit should be classified into three sorts and each has its own reform direction.In a word,the Classified Reform of China Public Service Unit is ＂Cast off Two Ends,Keep the Backbone＂.
