动力定位状态下张紧器的调试分析

摘要 随着深海海洋工程装备的发展,深水铺管起重船"海洋石油201"建造完成。张紧器是铺管船上的关键铺管设备,而在动力定位状态下的张紧器调试又是将铺管船的全部能力发挥出来保证铺管成功的重要工作。本文简述了张紧器的工作原理,以"海洋石油201"上的张紧器为实例介绍了S-lay张紧器在动力定位状态下的调试工作,并提出了以后深水铺管船张紧器的改进建议。 With the development of offshore engineering equipment, the construction of DPV "HAI YANG Sill YOU 201 " has been completed. Tile tensioner is one of the most critical equipments on pipe laying vessel. The commissioning work under dynamic positioning state wig afflict the successful pipe laying performance. This paper describes the technieal principle of the tensionel; and introduces the commissioning procedure under dynamic positioning state oft he S-lay tensioner whieh is" equipped on "HAI YANG SHI YOU 201 ". The optimization advices for the DP V tensioner are given at the end of the article.
