摘要
文章介绍了异步永磁耦合器的工作原理。通过对其模拟计算分析,证明了耦合器输出转矩是一力耦系作用的结果,阐释了该耦合器在轴偏心状态下工作时,无附加载荷的机理。通过对称的结构设计,该耦合器在存在角偏差传动时也不会产生附加载荷。
The paper introduces the working principle of asynchronous permanent magnet coupler. Through the simulation analysis, it is proved that the coupler output torque is the result of the force & coupling effect. It also explains' the mechanism that the coupler works in the shaft eccentric state without attached load. The symmetrical structure design makes the coupler generate no additional load in the angular deviation state of transmission.
