“夏普蓝”蓝莓组培苗瓶外生根及其育苗技术研究初报

Preliminary Study Report on Ex Vitro Rooting of Tissue Culture Plantlets and Plantlet-raising Techniques of “Sharpblue” Blueberry

以"夏普蓝"蓝莓组培苗为试材,对影响其瓶外生根的生根激素和影响育苗质量的基质因素进行研究。结果表明:"夏普蓝"蓝莓组培苗适宜的生根激素为NAA和IAA800mg/L浓度1∶1混合溶液,最佳育苗轻基质配方为60%泥炭+30%珍珠岩+10%木屑。

In this paper the tissue culture plantlets of ＂Sharpblue＇＂ blueberry were used as test materials. The rooting auxms affecting their ex vitro rooting and medium factors affecting the plantlet-raising quality were studied. The results showed that the suitable rooting auxin for the tissue culture plantlets of ＂Sharpblue＂ blueberry was the 1：1 mixed solution of 800 mg/L NAA and 800 mg/L IAA. The best light medium formula for the plantlet-raising was the mixture of 60% peat, 30% perlite and 10% sawdust.
