运用现代林业理论指导生态强省建设的探讨

Discussion on Application of Modern Forestry in Building Anhui into an Ecological Province

本文应用第八次全国森林资源连续清查成果,在全面分析总结安徽省情、林情的基础上,指出了安徽森林资源存在的"六个不足",并提出建设生态强省必须运用现代林业理论作指导,大力发展现代林业:一要提高对现代林业的认识,应以现代林业的多功能可持续满足社会的多需求;二要注重运用国内外林业最新适用成果,解决林业生态建设中的五大现实问题;三要转变林业发展方式,理清林业发展思路,针对当前林业生态建设现状,研究出十个方面的建设重点。旨在为生态强省建设提供参考。

Based on the results of the 8th National Consecutive Forest Inventory, the general information and current forestry situations in Anhui Province were comprehensively summarized, six weaknesses in forest resources of Anhui were identified, and it is also proposed that modern forestry theory should be applied in building Anhui into an ecological province and that modem forestry be developed vigorously： firstly, the awareness of modem forestry should be raised, and multi-functions of modem forestry could sustainably meet various demands of the public; secondly, latest domestic and international forestry technologies should be applied to solve the 5 major practical problems in the forestry ecological construction; thirdly, the way and strategy of the forestry development should be upgraded, and 10 aspects should be emphasized in forestry development aimed at the current situations of forestry ecological construction. The guidelines were thus provided for the ecological construction in Anhui Province.
