缄默知识理论的核心观点是:我们所知道的多于我们所能言说的。教师的缄默知识会影响其教材处理,影响其授课风格,影响其教学判断,影响学生缄默知识的重构。在教学中,可以用巧用比喻、引导探究、重视表征、拓宽视野等方法,将师生的缄默知识转化为显性知识,以推动教学活动的深入展开。
The core of implicit knowledge theory is what we know is more than what we can express. Teachers' implicit knowledge can have an effect on their dealing with teaching materials, teaching styles, teaching judgment, and students' reconstruction of implicit knowledge. In teaching, teachers may skillfully utilize metaphors, guiding exploration, stressing representation, and expanding horizons to convert teachers and students' implicit knowledge into explicit knowledge so that teaching activities can be carried out more deeply.
