摘要
幼儿期是一个充满活力、蕴藏着巨大发展潜能、并具有很强可塑性的生命阶段。儿童拥有与生俱来的早期学习潜能,教师应根据"幼儿、社会、课程"的综合要求,更多地关注幼儿学习的动机、兴趣、需要,通过真实的生活经历活动使幼儿自主地选择学习的方向与目标,在一种自然的、广阔的环境中,亲身经历、亲身体验,注重幼儿主体性的发展,激发其自主学习的能力,从而在自由的探索和学习中获得成长。
Children are born to have early learning potentials so teachers should focus more on their learning motivation, interest, and demands according to the comprehensive requirements of children, society and curriculum. Children have the rights to choose independently their learning directions and objectives by experiencing real lives so that they can grow up in the process of free exploration and learning in natural and broad environment.
