摘要
对影响食用植物油中残留溶剂顶空气相色谱法测定时的因素进行了分析。6号溶剂标准溶液的选用和配制是导致目前国家标准方法再现性差的主要原因。以残留溶剂中主要组分的单一试剂的混合品替代6号溶剂配制标准溶液可以提高目前测定方法的再现性。
This paper analized the factors which affect the test of residue solvent in edible vegetable oils by HS--GC. The use and confection of No. 6 solvent standard solution lead to poor reproducibility of the current na- tional standard method. To use the single reagent mixture, the main component of the residue solvent, in- stead of standard solution which made up of No. 6 solvent can improve the reproducibility of the present testing method.
