摘要
基于产生负磁导率的具有周期性的金属谐振环单元结构,采用简化了的变形分裂谐振环设计太赫兹波段二维超材料。仿真结果显示这种超材料能够实现多个的电磁响应并获得较高的Q值;通过改变该材料的周期常数,使高频端的电磁响应位置发生了红移。
Negative permeability can be realized from the periodic unit cells of the metallic Split Ring Resonator rings structure. Two-dimensional meta-material based on simplified Deformed Split Ring Resonator is proposed. Simulation results show that the structure has multiple response frequency bands and higher Q value by changing the internal configuration unit symmetry of meta-material and the mode of the incident electromagnetic wave. The position of the response frequency band with structural parameter of periodic constant is also studied. The results show that the red-shift appears in high frequency band.
