摘要
从2012年1月1日起,天津以津南区、武清区为试点,实施工会经费(筹备金)税务代收工作,试行两季度已取得较大成效,但还存在一些明显问题。今后应在努力提高企事业单位缴费意识、全面强化相关人员服务意识、进一步加大工会财务制度建设力度、有效提升财务人员专业素质诸方面做些改善。
From Jan. 1st 2012 on, in the district Jinnan and Wuqing of Tianjin, we operate a trial area to collect fee tax. By now, we have achieved the great effect, though there are still some obvious problems. In the future, we shall try to improve staff＇s awareness, enhance related workers＇ service awareness, and construct the financial system of trade union to improve financial workers＇ professional quality.
