The Investigating Report on Cultivating the Model Workers' Culture by Dagang Oilfield Company

大港油田公司长期以来在培育劳模文化方面,采取了以下行之有效的做法:一是用搭台子、选苗子、讲法子的方式,精心建立劳模培养机制;二是充分挖掘劳模精神财富;三是努力放大劳模辐射效应。今后应再加大劳模宣传力度,健全劳模监督考评机制,进一步强化劳模作用的发挥。

We always cultivate the model workers＇culture in the Dagang oilfield company for a long time. We take the following effective methods, the first one is to build a platform, select the potential model workers, teach the methods, and construct a cultivating system for model workers by heart. The second one is to explore the model workers＇spiritual value sufficiently. The third one is to magnify the model workers＇radiating effect. In the future, we should enlarge the propaganda for the model workers to perfect the supervising evaluating system for the model workers and to enlarge the model workers＇ function further.
