On Marx and Engels' Proletarian Development Theory and the Enlightenment from Chinese Working Relations

马克思恩格斯认为,无产阶级发展的第二阶段需要两个条件:大工业的物质条件和民主政治制度、集体劳动权利制度。正是民主政治、集体劳动权利制度使无产阶级没有进入马克思恩格斯设想的第三阶段(无产阶级革命阶段)。这一理论和历史的总结,值得执政者深思:今天不就面临同样问题吗?不就应将中国当代产业工人(农民工)纳入体制内,消解他们的制度性不满吗?而这,就需要赋予他们以集体劳动权利。

Marx and Engels believed that the second step of proletarian development needs two preconditions. One is massive material production and democratic system, the other is the system for collective workers＇ fights. However the democratic polities and the system for collective workers＇ fights cause us a failure to enter the third step of proletarian development. The leaders in office should think about it carefully through summarizing the theory and historical experience. Are we facing up to the same problems？ Should we put the workers or immigrant workers in the system of government？ Should we maintain the stability of the system？ Should we eliminate their dissatisfaction to the system？ It just needs to give them the collective workers＇ rights.
