面临市场化的巨大冲击和国际上工会全面转型的新形势,我国工会存在诸多不适应,已到了非转型不可的时候。我国工会转型的总体目标,是建设既不同于计划经济时期的工会,也不同于西方市场经济国家的工会,而是有中国特色的社会主义市场经济工会。

Facing to the new transformational situation of international trade unions and five big marketing conflicts now, there are many unsuitable aspects in our national trade union, and now it is time to transform. The goal of our national trade union＇s transformation is to construct a kind of trade union different from Chinese planned economy and western market economy but Chinese characteristic socialistic market economic.
