新时期农村基层党组织执政能力建设研究现状的分析

Analysis on Research Status about the Governing Ability Building of Primary-level Organizations′ of CPC at Rural Area in New Era

党的"十六大"以来,农村基层党组织执政能力建设呈现出主体建设日益加强、职责和任务不断强化、科学化水平日渐提升这三大特点;农村基层党组织在促进政治、经济、社会、文化和生态五大建设方面都取得了一系列的阶段性成果,为构建和谐社会,推进新农村建设发挥了政治核心和战斗堡垒作用。同时,在对农村基层党组织执政能力建设研究的现状、特点、成果进行总结和分析基础上,就下一步农村基层党组织执政能力建设研究从理论支撑,科学化水平,研究的内容、方式、方法等方面,提出进一步优化提升的建议。

Since the Sixteenth CPC National Congress is holding, the governing ability building of pri- mary-level organizations＇ of CPC in rural area have been presenting three characteristics, that is main body constructions are consolidated, duties and tasks are intensified continuously, and scientific level is promoting. Primary-level organizations of CPC in rural area have been made a series of staged a- chievements in politics, economics, society, culture and ecological construction, they play the role of political core and fighting forts for constructing the harmonious society and promoting new rural constrnction. At the same time, based on the summary and analysis of research status, characteristics, and achievements, this paper offers some suggestions for the next works.
