摘要
对汽车覆盖件在拉伸过程中的起皱和开裂现象进行了分析,并从工艺、设计、调试等方面较详细地说明了解决制件拉伸起皱、开裂的方法和控制措施。
In this paper, the defects of drawing wrinkle and crack for auto cover parts are analyzed. At the same time, the detailed method to resolve and control the drawing wrinkle and crack are provided from process,design,tryout and so on.
