摘要
介绍了温度对塑件的影响及冷却系统的设计要点,利用CAE方法模拟验证了平板状塑件的水路设计,结合正交实验设计优选出冷却效果好的冷却水路设计方案,提高冷却系统的冷却效果,节省了大量的计算公式和烦琐的试模与修模工作。
This article introduces the temperature affection of injection parts and the cooling system design features, using CAE method to simulate the cooling circuit design of a plate-shaped parts, combined with the orthogonal experimental design to optimize a good cooling circuil design, improving the cooling effect of the cooling system, saving formula and cumbersome mold tryout and repair job.
