摘要
本文从高职院校会计专业人才培养的要求、学生特点和会计教师所处的发展环境三个因素着手剖析了形成我国高职院校青年会计教师职业倦态的原因,并在此基础上提出从教师自身调节和改造高职青年会计教师所处的学院环境两大方面来缓解职业倦态的对策,具有一定的理论和实践价值。
The paper analyzes the three factors of the young accounting teachers burnout, which are technique college personnel training requirements, the characteristics of the students and teachers and the environment of the teachers. Based on it, the two aspects of adjustment of young higher vocational accounting teacher and transformation of the school environment to reduce the burnout are offered, which has a certain theoretical and practical value.
