摘要
本文考查了加拿大六所著名大学的心理健康服务体系,包括它的服务理念、结构组织、从业人员、服务形式和内容。在此基础上,归纳出它的三个特性:专业化与大众化的特性;生活、学习、心理三位一体的特性;注重网络技术应用的特性。加拿大高校心理服务体系主要有四点启示:转变心理健康教育课程模式;加强心理健康教育机构和其它部门的合作;更加重视网络技术的应用;在传统文化中寻找心理健康教育的资源。
This paper examines the system of the mental health service of the six well-known universities in Canada, including their service ideas, structure and organizations, the employed and the forms and contents of the service. Based on it we summarize three features: the combination of professionalization and popularization; the trinity of life, learning and mind; the emphasis of applying the network technology. This system has four enlightenment for us: to change the curriculum patterns of mental health education; to strengthen the corporation of mental health education and the other departments; to pay more attention to the application of network technology; and to search for the resources of mental health education in the traditional culture.
