加拿大高校心理健康服务的理性思考

A Rational Reflection on Mental Health Service in Canadian Universities

本文考查了加拿大六所著名大学的心理健康服务体系,包括它的服务理念、结构组织、从业人员、服务形式和内容。在此基础上,归纳出它的三个特性:专业化与大众化的特性;生活、学习、心理三位一体的特性;注重网络技术应用的特性。加拿大高校心理服务体系主要有四点启示:转变心理健康教育课程模式;加强心理健康教育机构和其它部门的合作;更加重视网络技术的应用;在传统文化中寻找心理健康教育的资源。

This paper examines the system of the mental health service of the six well-known universities in Canada, including their service ideas, structure and organizations, the employed and the forms and contents of the service. Based on it we summarize three features： the combination of professionalization and popularization; the trinity of life, learning and mind; the emphasis of applying the network technology. This system has four enlightenment for us： to change the curriculum patterns of mental health education; to strengthen the corporation of mental health education and the other departments; to pay more attention to the application of network technology; and to search for the resources of mental health education in the traditional culture.
