摘要
建设人性化医院图书馆,既有利于科研兴院、有助于提高医院职工的整体素质,还有助于解决医疗工作中的实际问题。通过对医院图书馆个性化信息服务对象需求现状的分析,指出要以个性化服务建设人性化医院,就要改变服务模式,为医护人员提供特色服务,建立重点读者信息档案,加强馆际交流与资源共享,同时提高馆员的综合素质。
Construction of a humanistic hospital library will help revitalize the hospital through research, improve the overall quality of hospital staff, and solve practical problems in medical work as well. Through analysis of the demand for personalized information services of the hospital library, the paper points out building a humanistic hospital based on per- sonalized services shall change the service model, provide special services for health care workers, establish the informa- tion files for major readers, strengthen exchanges and resource sharing of libraries and improve the comprehensive quali- ties of librarians.
