高年级大学生党员发展与队伍建设问题探讨——以南京财经大学为例

Recruitment of Party Members of Senior College Students and the Team Construction——A Case Study in Nanjing University of Finance and Economics

高校学生党支部的建设,是我党培育青年人才的重要组成部分,也是加强高校思想政治教育工作的重要环节。高年级学生党员是基层党支部的主力军,其发展应当给予高度重视。目前,高校高年级学生党员的发展与队伍建设中存在一些问题,文章以南京财经大学为例,对这些问题进行了分析,并提出几点建议。

CCP branch construction of college students is an important part of the Party nurturing young talents, and strengthening ideological and political education as well. Party members of senior college students are the main force of grass - root party branches and their development should be given high priority. However, problems arise in recruitment and team construction at present. The paper takes Nanjing University of Finance and Economics for example and makes an analysis of these issues and puts forward several suggestions.
