土地革命时期,由于受国民革命失败的影响及国民党反动势力对革命力量的消弱和镇压,中国革命处于低潮。为了挽救这种局面,中国共产党作了许多工作,通过总结大革命失败的经验和教训,立足本国实际,以科学的马克思主义理论对待中国革命形势,同时利用思想政治教育宣传革命的形势和任务,为争取革命力量和调动广大人民群众生产生活的积极性起到了很大的促进作用。思想政治教育工作的开展经历了不同的阶段,而且在每一个阶段都取得了相应的成绩。
