摘要
目的:以细胞DNA定量分析系统为子宫颈癌初筛方法,分析初筛结果阳性者的年龄分布,探讨此筛查方法在资源匮乏地区的应用价值。方法:以某县所有适龄妇女为筛查对象,以细胞DNA定量分析系统对所获宫颈细胞进行DNA定量分析,在系统设定的标准下系统自动确定阳性患者。结果:15611名筛查对象共筛出阳性者558人(3.57%),45-49岁所占比例最高(4.38%);阳性构成大于3%的年龄分布存在二个高峰,分别是29-53岁和57-63岁。结论:作为一种初筛方法,结合阳性患者的年龄分布和系统自动判定阳性的能力,细胞DNA定量分析系统应用于资源匮乏地区子宫颈癌初筛也许是适宜的。
Objective: With the cell DNA quantitative analysis system as primary screening methods of cervical cancer to analyze the age distribution of the positive results, discussing the application value of this screening meth- od in poor regions. Methods: Taking all women of childbearing age as main screening object, using cell DNA quantitative analysis system to analyze the cervical cells in patients and decide positive patients automatically under the criteria set by the system. Results: Of the 15611 screening participants , 558 people (3.57%) were identified as positive, 45 -49 years of age accounting for the highest proportion (4. 38% ) ; and there are two peaks of age ( range 29 - 53 and range 57 -63) with the formation of the positive patients over 3%. Conclusion: As a screening method, combined with the age distribution of the positive patients and the automatical determination of the positive results of the system , it may be appropriate to apply cell DNA quantitative analysis system to screen cancer patients.
