In recent years in the international capital market the merges of big companies emerge in an endless stream.Equity trading between the listed companies and unlisted companies increases steadily,and merges occur at times.In the aspects of purpose method,financing,contact of merges,this article compares the merges in the developed countries with those in China,borrow their successful experience for reference use,and puts forward some suggestions and enlightenment for China’s merges.
