摘要
目的:研究水杉中总黄酮的超声提取工艺,并优化其提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮含量为考察指标,采用正交试验法,考察加醇量、提取次数、提取时间、乙醇浓度4个因素对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为A3B1C1D3,即药材加乙醇20倍量,提取1次,提取时间15min,乙醇浓度85%。结论:超声提取法是一种理想的提取水杉总黄酮的方法。
Objectives: The research aimed to study the ultrasonic extraction technology of total flavonoids from the Leaves of Metasequoia and optimize its extraction process. Methods: With dry extract rate and flavonoid content as the inspection indicators, orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of four extracting factors (ethanol volume, extracting , extraction time and ethanol consistence) on the extracting process. Results: The optimum extracting process was A3B1CID3, i.e. The ethanol volume being 20 times of the weight of medicinal material, extraction for one times and 15 minutes each time, and 85% ethanol consistence. Conclusion: Ultrasonic extraction method was a ideal extraction method of total flavonoids from the Leaves of Metasequoia.
