摘要
目的:建立金边瑞香枝和叶中总黄酮含量的测定方法,为该品的质量控制提供依据。方法:以葛根素为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法在254nm波长处测定样品的吸光度。结果:对照品在0~100mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.0040X+0.0052,R=0.9997。金边瑞香枝和叶中总黄酮含量分别为0.1262%和0.2615%。结论:该方法操作稳定,结果准确、可靠,重现性好,适合金边瑞香枝和叶中总黄酮含量的测定。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of Content of Total flavonoids s in the Branchs and Leaves of Daphne odora Var. Marginata and To provide reference for control the quality. Methods: Puerarin was selected as the reference material, used the UV spectromertry methods to determine content of total flavonoids in the s Branchs and leaves with a detection wavelength at 254nm. Results : The calibration curve was a good linear at the range of 0 - 100mg/L, and the curve was Y = 0. 0040X + 0. 0052, R = O. 9997. The content of Branchs was about 0. 1262% and content of leaves was about 0. 2615%. Conclusion : This method is stable, the result is accurate, reliable, and has good repeatability, and The UV spectromertry is suitable for the determination of total fla- vonoids in the Branehs and leaves of Daphne edora Var. Marginata.
