Research on Formulation Optimization of Corydalis Decumbens Gel

目的:对夏天无水凝胶贴剂进行初步研究。方法:采用正交试验确定夏天无水凝胶贴剂的最佳基质配比、成型工艺。结果:优化处方为卡波姆-940 0.3%,丙二醇0.7%,吐温-80 0.2%,PEG-200 2.1%。结论:该凝胶剂制备工艺简单,各项指标符合凝胶剂的质量标准。

Objective： The Corydalis decumbeus gel patches were preliminary researched. Method： The orthogonal test was used to determine the optimum proportion of matrix and forming process of the Corydalis decumbens gel patch. Results ： The optimal formulation was： carbomer- 940 0. 3%, propylene glycol 0. 7%, Tween -80 0. 2%, PEG -200 2. 1%. Conclusion： The gel was feasible to prepare, the tested indexes were in accordance with the quality standard of gel.
