摘要
目的:对夏天无水凝胶贴剂进行初步研究。方法:采用正交试验确定夏天无水凝胶贴剂的最佳基质配比、成型工艺。结果:优化处方为卡波姆-940 0.3%,丙二醇0.7%,吐温-80 0.2%,PEG-200 2.1%。结论:该凝胶剂制备工艺简单,各项指标符合凝胶剂的质量标准。
Objective: The Corydalis decumbeus gel patches were preliminary researched. Method: The orthogonal test was used to determine the optimum proportion of matrix and forming process of the Corydalis decumbens gel patch. Results : The optimal formulation was: carbomer- 940 0. 3%, propylene glycol 0. 7%, Tween -80 0. 2%, PEG -200 2. 1%. Conclusion: The gel was feasible to prepare, the tested indexes were in accordance with the quality standard of gel.
