摘要
患者，女，51岁。因“发现上腹部肿块5d”入院。入院体检：轻度贫血貌，心肺无异常，腹平软，无压痛及反跳痛，上腹部可扪及-15cm×13cm×8cm大小肿块，质中等，活动度可，无明显触痛。移动性浊音阴性，肠鸣音正常。
