摘要
根据已建147 000 m3LNG船液舱围护系统的安装平台资料,利用Msc.patran/Nastran软件对147 000 m3LNG船典型舱围护系统安装平台建立三维模型,依据实际使用情况施加载荷和约束,进行强度分析,并结合沪东中华厂在实际建造过程的经验和建筑脚手架相关规范,最终提出一套安装平台强度衡准.建议为临界屈曲安全系数为1,临界屈服安全系数为2,支撑腿最大允许承载力安全系数为1.
Using the software of Msc.patran/nastran and the information of the scaffolding platform of 147 000 m3 LNG carrier that has been built,the whole 3D finite element model of the scaffolding platform of the typical cabin of 147 000 m3 LNG carrier was created.Based on pratically used loads and constraints,the strength was analyzed;then,combining the experience summarized in the actual building process,the strength criterion ultimately was determined: the critical buckling safety factor is 1,the critical yield safety factor is 2,and the safety factor of the maximum load-bearing capacity of each supporting leg is 1.
